When it comes to corporate events and retreats, our ranch is anything but ordinary. We provide an intimate space that enables your team to bond in a natural and refined atmosphere. Our property is conveniently located 20 minutes from the mountain town of Bozeman and 30 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. If you want a ski retreat, world class skiing is an hour away at Big Sky Resort and the locals-favorite hill of Bridger Bowl is a 30-minute drive, just on the other side of the Bridger Mountains. During fall, you’ll wake to bugling bull elk as they weave through turning aspen. Whatever your corporate goals may be, Limestone Creek Ranch was built to energize and inspire.
Nothing spells team building like bunk beds and a loft. Don’t worry, not everyone gets to sleep in the bunkhouse. The Gathering Lodge’s bunkhouse on the west end of the lodge features two separate rooms with bathrooms and individual closet space. Each room offers four bunkbeds and loft space. Two more bedrooms with king beds and ensuite in each are on the east wing. The Creek Cabin features a full-kitchen, dining area, living space and four bedrooms, each with an ensuite.
When your team needs to gather, the main lodge area offers couches, tables and work stations for breakout sessions. In addition, the dining table is the perfect gathering place and features a retractable projector screen. A smaller, private office area with a conference table also is located in the main lodge.
You’re in Montana, so why not experience it? At our pavilion on the lower pond, turn the outdoor home theater next to the fireplace into a space for presentations. While the floating trampoline is meant for a younger crowd, it might give you a chance for some “outside the box” team building exercises.
We understand the need to stay connected, which is why the wifi is provided throughout the property (except for the lower pound). Cell service can be spotty, but it is reliable on the eastern side of the property. Satellite television with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and other modern distractions are available.
We understand that you’ve gathered your team here for a reason, which is why we provide audio visual components for presentations including a projector, automated screen and easels. There are also three large flatscreen televisions throughout, as well as Sonos. The lower pond features an outdoor theater with a microphone.
Those all-important meals can be prepared and served in a number of ways. Bozeman has a number of highly-rated personal chefs and catering services, which will cater to your tastes and dietary needs. The chef’s kitchen in the Gathering Lodge can accommodate any of them. We are happy to recommend our top picks for these services. If your crew chooses to make their own meals together, we are happy to discuss stocking the ranch with plenty of provisions. And nothing says team building like a little old-fashioned cooking competition.
